Responsibilities may include:

•Ensuring all aspects of services and supports are developed and implemented in the highest quality manner.

•Assisting in maintaining necessary systems for regulatory compliance and accreditation across an assigned region.

•Tracking medical appointments to ensure all appointments are completed in compliance with physician recommendations and regulations.

•Monitoring continuity between the individual service plan and all programming.

•Conducting investigations pertaining to allegations of abuse, neglect, misappropriation, etc.


Requirements for this position include:

•Four-year degree in social services or related field.

•A minimum of four years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities.

•Knowledge of state licensing and certification requirements as well as CARF accreditation standards is preferred.

•Displays strong communication skills and possess excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
