Responsibilities may include:

•Administrative and strategic functions of the Human Resources department in support of company initiatives.

•Update and maintain company policies, procedures and data compilation.

•Provide general administrative support to the VP of HR.

•Maintain systematic and organizational setup within HR system.

•Counsel management and the HR team on HR policies and procedures including employment, disciplinary actions, suspensions, terminations and employee retention and training.


Requirements for this position include:

•Four-year degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

•Experience in the HR field is preferred but not required. 

•Attention to detail and excellent decision-making, time management and communication skills.
